So gaining weight really does not feel good. I hate that I know i'm small but I'd rather be toned.
I've decided that i'm going to go on a diet.
But not like a food only diet, it's going to be more like a life diet, and when a diet's done for long enough, it turns into a lifestyle.
I so here are the things that i'm going to put on my food diet:
- less pop! I drink SO much pop without even realizing it! I'm going to limit myself to one pop every week. Firstly that'll save me money because I'm not buying drinks at school or at the mall or anything, and secondly it'll probably make me feel better to not have such a high sugar intake.
- No energy drinks! I love energy drinks, but not because they're supposted to make you have more energy I just like the taste. (more money saving YAY!)
- No junk food! Cutting down on junk will make me have good meals instead of not eating half because I've been munching on junk.
- less starbucks! This one will kill me! I need to cut down on full fat starbucks drinks! I'm trying really hard to stay away from starbucks in geneal by buying the tazo tea and making it at home and bringing it to school and stuff.
-More water intake! I drink close to no water a day! I personally hate the taste of water. It's just not yummy. I've come up with a plan to at least get one glass in me for sure. In a water bottle beside my bed I put some lemon slices in water and every morning first thing I have to do is drink the water bottle, that way I get a refreshing drink in the morning and it's healthy. (it'll be especially refreshing if I feeze the water during the day so when I wake up it's cool to drink. )
And i'm going to do some actual exercise changes too. :
- walk the dog every other day for half an hour.
- run the dog the alternate day of the walk to twenty minutes.
- go to hot yoga clases.=)
- two hundred crunches daily spread out througout the day.
And that's all I can think of for noq.
